Eco Friendly Travel Measures at Our B&B.

  • Large solar water heater on the main house.
  • Earth friendly, biodegradable soaps used whenever possible.
  • A baking soda mixture as well as non chlorine bleach solution used for mildew removal.
  • All guest bathrooms have just received new fixtures which use low energy saving light bulbs
  • Energy star rated washing machines and propane gas dryers reducing the amount of water and electricity used.
  • Our guest books have detailed information about our active recycling program for plastic numbers 1 and 2 as well as glass, tin, newspaper and mixed paper. Guests can deposit these in recycle bins or we will handle recycling throughout your stay.
